Polymixia busakhini Kotlyar, A.N. 1992. A new species of the genus Polymixia from the submarine Kyushu-Palau Ridge, and notes on other representatives of the genus (Polymixiidae, Beryciformes). Off Shark Bay to off the Northwest Shelf, WA and north QLD (16ºS) to off Wattamolla, NSW (34º44´S); subtropical, southern Indo-west Pacific.
