Melbourne : CSIRO Australia xiii 510 pp. [Date published 30 May 1995] (originally two syntypes from two localities; however Clark, A.H. (1907) records Port Jackson as the 'type locality' and the specimen from that locality is here regarded as the lectotype; the specimen from the second locality, NE of New Zealand, becomes the paralectotype).
