Introduction
This monotypic subgenus is endemic to Australia with the sole species known only from the wet tropics of North Queensland.

Diagnosis
Tegmina with three preapical cells. Male pygofer bluntly rounded apically, armed with small spine in slight depression of margin; dorsal connectives stout, nearly straight, each armed with short spatulate process on dorsal end and decurved spine on mesal margin near middle (Hamilton 1980).
