Type data:
Holotype NMV T-14425 ♂ (coll.: 12.i.1968, Neboiss), Karragullen, Western Australia.
Introduction
This species was based on a single male from Karragullen, Western Australia, with a second specimen in the WA CALM collection found at the same locality in 1994.

Ecological Descriptors
All stages: phloem feeder.
Diagnosis
This species can be distinguished by the absence of peg-like spines on segment X in the male and by the elongate aedeagal processes (Webb 1983).
