Introduction
A small species with distinctive brown striping. It has been recorded from coastal New South Wales, SE Queensland and in Victoria.

Ecological Descriptors
All stages: phloem feeder.
Diagnosis
This species can be distinguished by the brown longitudinal stripes on the pronotum, the dark brown ovipositor in the female and the short dorsally situated peg-like spines on segment X in the male (Webb 1983).
