Adult: diurnal, herbivore (associated flora: Ceratopetalum apetalum D.Don [CUNONIACEAE] Coachwood, Scented Satinwood (recorded ovipositing on fallen trunk); Syzygium sp. [MYRTACEAE] Lilly-pilly (on foliage); Acacia sp. [FABACEAE] Wattle (on foliage)), volant.

Larva: wood-borer.

Extra Ecological Information

Carter (1912) recorded this species from lillypilly (Acmena sp., Myrtaceae).
