Diagnosis
This species can be differentiated from all other species of Leades except for L. centralis by the presence of an apical row of eight or more spines on the hind tibia, all spines arranged in a row without a gap. From L. centralis it can be differentiated by the apical direction of spine (a) of the aedeagus. Females cannot be differentiated with certainty (Löcker 2020).
The distributions of the two species are quite separate as well with L. centralis only known from the SW coastal regions of Western Australia while L. warro is only known from inland sites far from coastal areas.
