Introduction
The subgenus Eosaccharissa is distributed from the Philippines to Indonesia and India with four species in Africa. A single species, based on a single female specimen, has been described from National Park, SE Queensland.

Diagnosis
Voisin de Pyrrhoneura, mais le front est continué presque rectangulaire au vertex pendant presque deux fois la longueur de ce dernier, alors il se courbe pour rejoindre le clypeus sous un angle aigu, une partie du front étant visible dorsalement. Bords latéraux du vertex arrondis convergents, largement réfléchis et fortement sensorisés. Veine souscostale de l'élytre sensorisée (Kirkaldy 1907)
