Type data:
Holotype WAM 70/44 ♀ adult, 8 miles W of Moorine Rock, WA.
Paratype(s) WAM 72/635 ♀, Buntine Reserve, c. 3 miles east of Buntine Railway Station, WA [29°59′S 116°42′E]
Comment: other paratype females (and male, which was not described by McKay) in WAM. Not all paratypes were found to belong to H. forresti by Langland & Framenau (2010:97).
