Type data:
Holotype WAM P.25380–002 80.9 mm SL (reported as destroyed by Shelley et al. (2018)), Hann River at Moll Gorge, 15 mi. north-east of Mount House homestead, WA [16° 58’ 36.1”S, 125° 59’ 51.5”E].
Paratype(s) AMNH 35641 52 specimens, same data as Holotype; WAM P.25380-001 48: 5 deteriorated/destroyed (ex AMNH), same data as Holotype.
