Holotype ROM C94a sagittal sections on 5 slides (grid ref. 451415), Howqua River, about 50 km E.S.E. of the ski resort town of Mansfield, VIC.
Paratype(s) ROM C94b sagittal sections on 3 slides, same as the holotype; ROM C94c frontal sections on 4 slides, same as the holotype; ROM C94d transverse sections on 5 slides, same as the holotype; ROM C94 several entire specimens in alcohol, same as the holotype.
