Introduction
This species occurs across the top end of Australia and in Papua New Guinea. It shows some variation in colouring across its range but its male genitalia was found to be consistent by Liang, et. al. (2012). As a genus, the bold orange and dark brown colouring is quite distinctive but the male genitalia need to be checked to discriminate this species from its congeners.
