Drabescus Stål, 1870.
Introduction
Only two genera were included in the Drabescina (as tribe Drabescini) by Zhang and Webb (1996) of which only one, Drabescus Stål, occurs in Australia. The subtribe is almost entirely SE Asian with a single species in Africa.
Diagnosis
Fore margin of head smooth or irregularly striated, sometimes with a keeled epistomal suture; clypeus rugose; antennae moderately long and highly placed; antennal ledge strong; dorsal surface of fore tibia distinctly flattened; tentorium falcate; fore wing appendix broad (Zhang & Webb 1996).
