Introduction

Characterized by a filament-like d-seta and an s-seta with configuration 0+7, Domromeus was erected for a new species Domromeus heptathrix Kornicker, 1989. The diagnosis was later emended by Kornicker (in Kornicker and Poore 1996) to accommodate the s-seta with 0+7-8, and a new species was added.
