Introduction

This species, which is found along the eastern mountain range and slopes of New South Wales, remains to be placed in its true genus. The shortened tegmina and the intrusion of the frontoclypeus onto the vertex on either side is reminiscent of species of Alodeltocephalus but the subgenital plates lack the characteristic process found in species of that genus.
