Introduction

This is the most distinctive eurymelid with its three-horned head. It is primarily distributed in the tropical regions of Queensland and Western Australia although it probably also occurs in the Northern Territory. It has also been collected at Cunderdin in the Avon Wheatbelt of SW Western Australia. Evans (1966) recorded it from several species of Grevillea (Proteaceae) and one species of Melaleuca (Myrtaceae).
