Ecological Descriptors

Adult: diurnal, herbivore, volant.

Larva: wood-borer (associated flora: Allocasuarina verticillata (Lam.) L.A.S.Johnson [CASUARINACEAE] Drooping She-Oak; Acacia leiocalyx (Domin) Pedley [FABACEAE] Early Flowering Black Wattle; Acacia sp. [FABACEAE] Wattle).

Hawkeswood (1986) recorded this species emerging from Acacia leiocalyx.
