Diagnosis

Males of C. heywoodi resemble those of C. rochesterae with the sternal concavity occupying about 1/2 the sternal length and 2/3 of the sternal width and the epigastric scutum slightly protruding. Males of C. heywoodi have smaller eyes, and long and thick fangs, which that cross and reach labium, and a long flattened embolus with a deep basal incision.
