Introduction

Frequently misidentified as O. herwerdenii, considered to be a junior synonym of O. selheimi by some authors (e.g. Allen et al. 2002). However examination of types suggested that the species is probably a synonym of O. lineolata, based on the striped form. The stripe can be turned on and off in life. Further studies are needed to resolve the possibly synonymy.
