Introduction
The genus Aphelacarus is known from Australia only on the basis of unidentified species, recorded by Noble et al. (1990, 1996a, 1996b), Kinnear (1991), Colloff & Halliday (1998), Kinnear & Tongway (2004), Osler & Murphy (2005), and Beyer et al. (2011).
