Natuurkundig Tijdschrift voor Nederlandsch Indië 4: 451-516 [473] [derived from the Greek gymnos = naked + kephalos = head, often treated as an adjective, but Bleeker consistently latinized kephalos to a masculine noun in apposition for other taxa.].
