The identity of this species is uncertain and its distribution unknown within Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria. More specific localities were given for other states by Goding (1903: 16).

All stages: phloem feeder.

 

Diagnosis

Ferrugineus, punctatus; lateribus pectoris et scutelli dense griseo-sericeis; thoracis cornubus lateralibus mediocribus, antrorsum et distincte sursum vergentibus, levissime curvatis, carina longitudinali media pone cornua illa in angulum obtusum elevate, processu postico sensim leviter curvato; tegminibus sordide hyalinis, basi et ad costam ferrugineis et punctatis, macula obsoleta apicali subferruginea. ♀ Long. 4 2/3, Lat. 2 mm. (Stål 1869).

Ferruginous, punctured. Prothoracic lateral horns medium, turned forward and distinctly upward, very slightly curved; median longitudinal carina elevated, behind the lateral horns, in an obtuse angle; posterior process lightly curved. Tegmina sordid hyaline, base and costa ferruginous and punctured, with an obsolete apical ferruginous spot; with two discoidal cells. Long. ♀ 4 2/3; lat. 2 mm. (Goding 1903).
