Ecological Descriptors

Adult: predator, terrestrial.

 

Diagnosis

Length 2.0-2.1 mm. Head with faint frontal fovea; maxillary palpi with third segments globular, wider than second segments. Pronotum lacking transverse antebasal sulcus, impression around median antebasal fovea as large as impression around lateral antebasal foveae. Elytra with 2 basal foveae. Male eyes with about 30 facets; protrochanters and mesotrochanters spinose; metasternum with deep circular median impression, with blunt tubercles on margins of impression posterior to mesocoxae. Female eyes with about 20 facets.
