Diagnosis

Vertex of head and pronotal disc with various ridges; head with punctiform vertexal foveae; antennae with clubs formed by apical 3 antennomeres; ventrolateral margins and median gular ridge sharply carinate; ocular canthi strongly protruding beyond eyes. Elytra with 2 basal foveae, with elongate discal striae. Visible tergite 1 (IV) lacking mediobasal foveae and impression; visible sternite 2 (IV) flat at base; legs flattened.
