Introduction

Holloway (2003) made Nanaguna Walker, 1863 a synonym of Etanna Walker, 1862, and moved some of the species under Nanaguna Walker, 1863 in Edwards (1996: 314) to Etanna Walker, 1862 and Grytothripa Hampson, 1912. Until further studies are made on Australian material polypoecila Turner, 1929 and clopaea Turner, 1902 are placed here in Etanna Walker, 1862.
