This delicately marked little species is found in the extreme top end of the Northern Territory.

Ecological Descriptors

All stages: phloem feeder.

 

Diagnosis

Pronotum with a faint brown mark adjacent to each lateral area of vertex. Male pygophore with a pair of ventral triangular posterior lobes. Segment X expanded posteriorly in lateral aspect. Aedeagus with a short basal stem; socle region narrow; shaft tapered distally to narrowly rounded apex, a pair of moderately long processes arising at midlength of posterior margin, curved ventrally. Female genitalia with posterior margin of pregenital sternite slightly concave medially. Expanded apex of third valvulae about two thirds length of narrow basal region and extended about half its length beyond pygophore. Length ♂ 3.0 mm, ♀ 3.6 mm. (Webb 1983).
