Introduction
Victaphanta milligani differs from the two Victorian Victaphanta species by the size and the shape of the shell. Animals are bluish-black in colour with an orange/red foot border and mantle edge.

Diagnosis
Shell large, olive brown to black with yellowish spire, depressedly globose ear-shaped, whorls rounded; protoconch smooth, teleoconch sculpture of concentric spiral wrinkles to smooth; umbilicus closed; diameter 18-24mm.
