Superfamily UROPODOIDEA Kramer, 1881
Introduction
The classification of the Infraorder Uropodina is very unstable. There is no agreement as to the number of families in the group, or to the assignment of genera to families. Several different classification systems have been published in the last 20 years, but none of them is completely satisfactory. The system used here is based on that of Beaulieu et al. (2011), but the whole classification will continue to change and evolve as taxonomic research continues.
