     Holotype ASCU ASCT00180163 ♂ (Coll: B. Loecker, 22.xi.2017, ex Fraxinus angustifolia.), Moulder Street, Orange, New South Wales.

 

Introduction

This species, typical in general appearance of most of the Cixiini, is distributed around the southeastern regions of Australia from SE Queensland to central Victoria. It has been collected from a number of species of Asteraceae, Leptospermum (Myrtaceae) and Fraxinus angustifolia (Oleaceae). The species name is derived from the names of the first author's friends Danuta, David and Alexander McKenzie.

Diagnosis

This is the only known species of the genus. A comprehensive morphological description is provided by Löcker and Holzinger (2020) (pp 753–754)
