Systema naturae per regna tria naturae, secundem classes, ordines, genera, species, cum characteribus, differentis, synonymis, locis. Editio decima, reformata. Holmiae : Laurentii Salvii Vol. 1 10, 824 pp. [748] [in part, figured by Gualtieri, 1742, pl. 50, fig. D, only. Rondelet, 1555, p. 81 (= Charonia lampas) was designated lectotype by Beu 1970, p. 211; Hanley 1855: 286 (in part)].
