Species Tentegia quadriseriata Lea, 1912

Introduction

Lea (1912) described Tentegia quadriseriata from two specimens from Queensland, although the specimens were apparently from different locations, one from Cairns and the other from Rockhampton. Zimmerman (1992) appears to consider the specimen from Rockhampton as the holotype, but there was no indication resolving the status of the other specimen. Escalona et al. (2023) subsequently designated the Rockhampton speicmen as the lectotype, and suggested that the specimen from Cairns may represent a different species.
