Holotype WAM 1979/1617 ♂, Yellowdine, WA.
Paratype(s) WAM 79/1618 ♀ (allotype), same as holotype; MHC 3 ♂, 1 ♀, same as holotype.
Type host:
Eucalyptus redunca Schauer [MYRTACEAE]
