Introduction
Tasmaphena sinclairi is readily distinguished by the light to dark yellow shell which has several darker brown concentric bands on the upper surface.

Montane, open forest, open scrub, predator, tall closed forest, woodland.
Diagnosis
Shell medium-sized, amber with or without dark brown or reddish spiral bands and interrupted lines, subdiscoidal with flattened spire; end of last whorl descends below whorl plane; teleoconch sculpture of strong crowded regular radial ribs above, smooth below; umbilicus moderately wide, U-shaped; diameter 12-16mm.
