Holotype WAM ♀ (Bickley Point, Rottnest Island, amongst dense epifauna and epiflora on leaves of seagrass Amphibolis antartica, 1-2 m depth, on 18/01/1991; lat. long. and specimen account number not stated), Rottnest Island.
Paratype(s) ZSM ♀, Rottnest Island; WAM ♀ ♂ (found amongst dense epifauna and epiflora on leaves of seagrass Amphibolis antartica, 1-2 m depth, on 16/01/1991; lat. long. and specimen account number not stated), Little Armstrong Bay, South Western Australia; whereabouts unknown 4♀ 4♂ (found on Ecklonia spec. (Phaeophyta), 1-2 m, 16/01/1991; lat. long. not stated by Bartsch. specimens are in Bartsch's own private collection), Little Armstrong Bay, South Western Australia.
