Diagnosis

Head with punctiform vertexal foveae, lacking frontal rostrum or antennal tubercles; fourth segments of maxillary palpi enlarged, with mesal faces longitudinally sulcate. Pronotum with only small punctiform median antebasal fovea; lacking antebasal sulcus. Elytra with 2 small basal foveae, lacking sutural and discal striae. Abdomen with visible tergite 1 (IV) and visible sternite 2 (IV) flat at base.
