Diagnosis

Body covered with squamous setae; head with narrow prominent rostrum; vertexal and frontal foveae present; maxillary palpi very small, 2 segmented. Pronotum with median antebasal fovea obscured by squamous setae. Abdominal tergites subequal in length; paratergites narrow, barely protruding.
