[117] (Note #174: Sisyrodonta Meyrick, 1922. This was placed in the 'Gelechiadae' by Fletcher (1929), but was transferred to the Lecithoceridae by Sattler (1973). Gozmany (1978) questioned its family placement and suggested it should be referred to the Xyloryctidae. However, Common (1990) reexamined the type species, S. ochrosidera, and confirmed its assignment in the Lecithoceridae)
