Introduction

This plain coloured species is widespread across a broad band of inland southern Queensland and the Northern Territory and northern New South Wales with records from the northern parts of the Northern Territory and Queensland.

Ecological Descriptors

All stages: phloem feeder (associated flora: Eucalyptus populifolia Desf., 1829 [MYRTACEAE] Poplar Box).

 

Diagnosis

This species was regarded by Webb (1983) as only tentatively distinct from R. napais being separable only on the shape of the subgenital plate and its arrangement of setae (Webb 1983).
