Holotype ANIC ♂ (coll.: 21.xi.1964, J.A. & J.A.G. Brooks), Barron Falls, Queensland.
Introduction
This species can be variably tinged with brown on the pronotum and scutellum and is widespread in parts of eastern Australia.

Ecological Descriptors
All stages: phloem feeder.
Diagnosis
This species is close to R. parva Webb and R. aroka Webb but differs in the absence of brown markings on the abdominal tergites and inner margin of the forewing (Webb 1983).
