Holotype ANIC ♂ (coll.: 31.i.1957, at light, I.F.B. Common), Black Mountain, Australian Capital Territory.
Introduction
This fairly large species is plain coloured, possible green in life. It has been recorded along the east coast of Queensland but further inland in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

Ecological Descriptors
All stages: phloem feeder.
Diagnosis
This species can be distinguished by its generally larger size, its pale colour and absence of markings. Considerable variation exists in the shape of the subgenital plates, which can have the ventroapical heel slight to prominent (Webb 1983).
