Holotype whereabouts unknown 1? (The holotype is apparently lost. A specimen labelled Neotype in the BMNH from S. Queensland, T.L. Bancroft, 1908 is the specimen upon which Ricardo based her diagnosis of Rachiopogon and redescription of the species and has no type status, never having been formally designated. Ricardo's species redescription differs from Newman's description in several characters.), Moreton Bay, Mr. Gibbon.
