This species is based on two males from Brisbane, collected in the 1920s.

Ecological Descriptors

All stages: phloem feeder.

 

Diagnosis

Transcephalic stripe absent or indistinct. Aedeagus with two apical arms, posterior arm with two variably directed, subapically mounted spines; anterior arm with a raised serrate area on anterior margin (Stevens 1994).
