Introduction
Pumilicopta bifurcata is a minute species from eastern Australia distinguished by a combination of whitish shell with conical spire and an aperture densely packed with barriers. It often occurs sympatrically with Gastrocopta spp. from which it is readily distinguished by the smaller size and more complex apertural dentition.
