Introduction

The species and genus described by Canestrini (1884) as Pullea discoidalis cannot be identified with any certainty. Oudemans (1924a, 1924b) and Womersley (1941) placed Pullea provisionally into the Carpoglyphidae, where it must remain until it has been redescribed.
