Ecological Descriptors

Adult: diurnal, herbivore (associated flora: Acacia cyperophylla F.Muell. ex Benth. [FABACEAE] O'Meara's Minni Ritchi; Acacia sp. [FABACEAE] Wattle (on undetermined thin-leaved species)), volant.

Larva: wood-borer (associated flora: Acacia grasbyi Maiden [FABACEAE] Minni Ritchie).

Extra Ecological Information

Pullen (1987) cited Hawkeswood & Peterson (1982) who recorded Acacia grasbyi as the larval host of this species.
