Introduction

This species is commonly encountered and is active during the day and appears over boulders and sand. It is aposematically coloured in shades of vibrant orange, back and yellow (Newman & Cannon 1994).

Newman & Cannon (1994): Heron Island, Capricorn Bunker Group, southern Great Barrier Reef; as Pseudoceros corallophilus Hyman, 1954 from Anilao, Philippines. Marquina et al. (2015): Lizard Island, northern Great Barrier Reef.
