Introduction
The orange margins of P. periculosus are similar to that of Pseudoceros periaurantius Newman & Cannon, 1994 and also those described for Pseudoceros flavomarginatus Laidlaw, 1902 incertae sedis; because they were unable to determine the generic placement of Pseudoceros flavomarginatus, Newman & Cannon (1994) opted to designate a new species for these orange-edged specimens.
