Introduction
Faubel (1984) first gave the combination of Pseudobiceros bedfordi (Laidlaw, 1903). This species was redescribed by Newman & Cannon (1997) based on material collected from throughout the Indo-west Pacific (Indonesia, Western Australia, Great Barrier Reef, and Marshall Islands).
