Ecological Descriptors

The larvae predominantly, but not exclusively, feed on grasses (Poaceae and Cyperaceae) and have been recorded as a pest of, for example, Sorghum sp., pastures (Poaceae) [ANIC records], Gossypium (Malvaceae) and Solanum (Solanaceae).
