Introduction

Spiders in the genus Procambridgea make small cribellate suspended sheet webs, often in the hollows of fallen logs. In common with several other stiphidiid genera, the spider sits on the underside of the sheet. Most species are found in wet forest habitats, one species has been recorded only from caves. Widely recorded from south-eastern Queensland and New South Wales; a single species occurs in southern Victoria.
